The Director of the Agency, Dr Isaac Galobardes, is in Paphos (Cyprus) attending The European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) Members Forum, taking place from April 9 to 11, an event hosted by The Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education. 

This year’s forum theme, “Sustainability in Quality Assurance,” emphasizes how quality assurance agencies promote many dimensions of sustainability through their own practices and by supporting the broader sustainability goals of higher education institutions. 

In addition to attending the event, our director is presenting the poster “Sustainable resource management in a growing higher education system,” where he outlines the strategies that AQUA has implemented to ensure the sustainability of its processes in the face of the growth of the Andorran university system. 

Taking advantage of this international gathering, a meeting will be held with the European quality assurance agencies with whom a cooperation agreement was signed in November 2024, to launch the creation of a sub-network of agencies from small countries within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
